UNIX, Oracle, Weblogic & Websphere
Unix Administrator
Work Location: Bothell, WA
Duration is 6months
Required Experience: 3+ years of experience
Skills/ technologies required:
3+ years of experience in the specified domains.
Complete knowledge of UNIX architecture and shell scripting.
Should have hands on experience in Oracle and WebLogic,
Should have hands on experience in Windows Server,WebSphere, iplanet, HTTP server
Work with business owners for Support & Maintenance environment.
Excellent trouble-shooting skills and ability to deal with multiple time critical issues concurrently
Should have knowledge about Rational ClearQuest, AOTS
Good people management & communication skills
Role & Responsibilities
Should have experience of working on live environment.
Provide a professional, prompt and high level of technical support to all problems.
24x7 monitoring and support of assigned applications. Supports all QA, Staging, and Production environments as applicable. Support all databases associated with the applications, other than PDBA exclusive items
Experience with creating tools and automate repeatable processes in a Unix Environment.
Environment Monitoring and Review.
Escalate customer inquiries to Team Manager and/or Manager as required to ensure problem resolution in a timely manner
Make follow up calls on outstanding issues to - ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and confirm problem resolution on all issues.
Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
