VALUATION OPERATIONS MANAGER
GENERAL SUMMARY
This position is responsible for managing the daily activities of the Appraisal Coordinators and teams. The Manager will be the 2nd in command and will manage all operations when the Vice President of Operations is out of the office or unavailable. Responsible for time card management and staffing coverage as well as preparing reviews. Supervisor is responsible for ensuring teams are productive and are following process as defined in SOP's. Responsibilities include pipeline management and adherence to turn time standards. Handle escalated client complaints to resolution.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
• Approve time cards as defined by ADP requirements. Ensure all overtime has been authorized and approved by appropriate management level. Track time off and ensure proper coverage for all clients.
• Pipeline Management ensuring all teams are handling objectives on a daily basis and meeting established turn time requirements.
• Make recommendations regarding new client team assignments.
• Participate in the establishment of Standard Operating Procedures as well as ensuring SOP's are being followed within the teams.
• Handle all escalated Client Issues to Resolution. Work as a team with the Sales department to ensure Clients needs are met and compliance is adhered to.
• Train new hires on all aspects of Appraisal Department process and flow including but not limited to Appraisal Independence Requirements, Interagency Guidelines and Interim Final Rules. . Ensure new employees have tools needed to provide excellent customer service to our clients.
• Manage Department when Vice President is out of the office or unavailable.
• Motivate teams to excel in Customer Service to our clients.
• Manage the transition to UAD and LENDSecure.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND WORK EXPERIENCE
• Prior experience in a management role in either Loan Production or Appraisal Management.
• Appraisal knowledge
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to train and Manage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, and learn new technology systems.
• 5 years experience in either loan production or Appraisal Management.
