This is a commission-based sales position with no limit to how much you can make -- the more you sell, the more you earn!
Title: Wireless Retail Sales Associate Reports to: Store Manager
Responsibilities • Greet customers in an appropriate and timely manner • Create a satisfying buying experience for the customer • Identify the customer's needs and inform them of suitable wireless products and services. Sell the AT&T array of products and services to customers through defined sales process • Meet or exceed sales performance goals on a daily/monthly basis. • Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including paperwork and payments. Provide customer assistance with payment, billing questions and customer care concerns. • Fills out contract forms, determines charges for service requested, collects deposits, prepares change of address records, and issues discontinuance orders. • Understand all company policies, procedures and specific company objectives and goals
Job Requirements • HS Diploma or GED • At least one year of work experience • Able to stand for extended periods of time • Have previous retail sales or customer service experience • Experience in the wireless industry preferred • Basic computer skills • Be able to work retail hours including weekends and holidays • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
