Account Manager

This is an incredible opportunity for a dynamic and results oriented Account Manager who is passionate about social media and understands the great value that can be created when brands and users engage together in social communities. You thrive in having a broad range of responsibilities related to staging and managing campaigns from start to finish. You will be communicating with clients and working closely with internal teams and third party vendors to effectively manage campaign delivery.
 
Primary Responsibilities
● Coordinate and manage creative assets, set up and effectively manage campaigns in support of sales efforts
● Work closely with internal teams and external clients on all elements related to creative specifications, submissions, quality assurance and ad traffic
○ Download, convert and test creative files
○ Modify ad creatives as appropriate
○ Troubleshoot and resolve all technical and creative issues to ensure timely launch, escalate issues as appropriate
○ 3rd-Party discrepancy management and resolution
● Produce campaign screenshot documents and performance summary reports
● Aggregate post-campaign data and build final post-buy reports
● Participate in ad hoc special projects to assist sales and marketing team

Desired Skills & Experience
● 1 + years of interactive campaign management, trafficking, or ad operations experience at a major advertiser, agency, digital publisher, or ad network - or, a passion to learn. 
● Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized in fast-paced, deadline driven environment
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong analytical, time and project management skills
● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
● Familiarity with ad serving technology (Doubleclick, Atlas, Eyeblaster, etc.)
● Experience providing excellent customer service to clients and managing 3rd party vendors and resolving discrepancies
● Experience in start-up environment a plus
● Bachelor’s Degree
