ADDON Staffing is looking to hire an Account and Sales Manager for their location in St Paul, MN.
The Account and Sales Manager will be responsible for managing existing accounts as well as generating new business.
DUTIES
Establishes and maintains long-term client relationships while servicing existing accounts.
Seeks out and identifies new business opportunties initiating communication with decision makers
Confidently presents company to existing and perspective clisnts
Is responsible pricing management and account profitability and growth
Establish effective communication with clients to determine applicant requirements by working with the hiring manager to develop a concise job description and qualifications.
Manage a pipeline and achieve a quota as determined by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
College degree or equivalent. New Grads in Business or Marketing are welcome to apply.
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Ability to drive relationship recruiting efforts by identifying sourcing and networking opportunities.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
