Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk

Manufacturing Company is seeking an Accounts Payable / Accounts receivable Clerk.

Responsibilities:
Will post payments.
Maintain up-to-date billings.
Review and process check requests.
Must have experience in manufacturing.
Must be a multi-tasker and go-getter. Needs to be extremely organized and be able to prioritize.
Needs to be able to call clients and follow up on receivables.
Assist in month closing.

Experience:
5+ years in a payables/receivables environment and full-cycle accounting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint
Visual Manufacturing software knowledge a plus.
