    Job Description:

    Premier Private Equity Firm is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant to support industrious C-Level executives. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of initiative, a positive attitude and a sense of urgency to “hit the ground running” in this fast-paced support role.

    Responsibilities:
    • Establish daily priorities and oversee multiple executive calendars and schedules
    • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including booking flights and arranging point-to-point transportation
    • Liaise with high profile contacts from various departments
    • Screen incoming calls and manage correspondence
    • Oversee maintenance of internal documents and reports
    • Work closely with client and project data
    • Complete light bookkeeping and accounting
    • Take charge of additional assignments as needed

    Requirements:
    • 2+ years of experience supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced environment; finance experience preferred
    • Comfortable with frequent, in-depth client interaction
    • Dynamic “go-getter” with a natural ability to anticipate needs
    • Aptitude for managing competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
    • Polished with a high level of poise and professionalism
    • Discretion and excellent judgment in regards to confidential information
    • Meticulous organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail
    • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
