Administrative Temporary Office Assignment

Administrative Assistant
Pay Rate: dependent on experience

Must have MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Job duties may include:

Print/bind/format presentation books for meetings,

Book travel (airline, car and hotel)

Submit expense reports

Manage External and Interoffice Mail

Assist with faxing, scanning and copying,

Print forms and flag for signature

Data entry into our system

Validate parking for office guests

Manage Conference Room Meeting Setup

Act as onsite contact for office vendors,

Monitor office supply orders and restocking
