As a Nationwide Agency Capital Builder, you will have the ability to help others while building a business with outstanding flexibility and income potential. As a Nationwide agent, you receive significant marketing support to assist in growing your business, while forming lasting relationships as you assist clients to protect what matters most.

To be successful in the Agency Capital Builder program, the ideal candidate will have;

Three to five years of solid outside sales and or business related experience.
Excellent credit w/access to $10k in liquid assets (this is not an investment or fee).
Entrepreneurial spirit and/or previous business ownership.
Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Finance, Marketing or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Candidates must have or be able to obtain both Property/Casualty and Life/Health sales licenses before they start the program.
Excellent time management skills with a strong self directed orientation. In addition, possess demonstrated leadership skills and a drive to succeed.
