Agent in Training – Salary ($36,000) + Quarterly Bonus
Our Agent in Training (AIT) position gives "on the job training" in preparation for operating an American Family agency. Working under the direction of an Agency Sales Manager, Agents in Training learn the skills to run a successful small business. An AIT solicits, quotes, and binds coverage to help customers manage their unique insurance and financial needs. AIT’s learn to build and cultivate long-term customer relationships with the goal of providing the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. As an employee of American Family Insurance, you earn a salary ($36,000) with the opportunity for a quarterly bonus (up to $3,000 per quarter). After an AIT has developed and displayed success to move to the next level, they will be awarded their own agency. This timeframe is 6-24 months.
