The Area Coach, has the overall responsibility of overseeing the people, process, and operations of 5 to 7 restaurants, in one span. The Area Coach drives excellence in the day to day operations of all company owned restaurants in the market, trains, coaches, and supports managers, plans and sets goals; focuses on in store problem solving and process improvements. Sets the Taco Bell standards, recognizes and motivates Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, and Restaurant Teams.
