Primary Purpose: Implements and supports global growth, development and day to day requirements for industrial cell culture products, capabilities and services. Provides tactical management and implementation of marketing plan. The incumbent will write and execute Marketing Plan for product line and service offering. Lead and participate on cross functional teams to improve business systems and processes that impact customer service. Coordinate global Marketing communications plan for product line and service offering. Develop and lead gap analysis for product line, service offering and capability portfolio. Will interact with customers, sales management and global sales force. Develop and support training programs with tactical marketing for product line. Responsible for establishing pricing, response to price and capabilities inquiries, requests for proposal and development of quotations in collaboration with sales and tactical marketing.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in biology or related field with 5 years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA with proven experience in product/marketing management. Proven experience in developing and implementing product line marketing plans. Technical Support and/or sales experience. Strong strategic abilities coupled with good analytical skills. Understanding of industrial cell culture. Great communication and presentation skills. Proven experience in product/marketing management. Great organizational, problem solving and project management skills. Proven experience with forecasting. Leadership skills to lead and manage teams without direct authority over team members. Ability to travel up to 20%.
