Assistant Manager/Supervisor in Dietary

We have an immediate opening for a Supervisor in the dietary department @ Arbor Springs Health & Rehab in Opelika, AL. This position will be required to oversee the daily operations of the kitchen to include supervising the staff, inventory of food and supplies, managing food production, and maintaining the kitchen in compliance with State and Federal Guidelines.
ServSafe Certification a plus.
Previous Dietary Supervisory Experience required.
Experience in Long Term Care Dietary will be an advantage.
