Assistant Vice President of Nursing

We are currently seeking an Assistant Vice President of Nursing for a large acute care hospital in New York City. In this role you will join a well established executive leadership team that oversees a two campus, academic medical center . You will be a prominent leader for a progressive organization, assisting with program development in multiple areas including Medical and Surgical Services, Women's Health (Regional Perinatal Center), Pediatrics, Performance Improvement, Nursing Education, and Materials Management. Responsible for covering 450 FTE in a 970 bed hospital, reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer. Including bonus structure, the compensation potential is over $200k annually.
