    Job Description:

    Experienced Association Administrator Needed
     
    We are currently seeking an experienced Association Administrator who will be responsible for all aspects of operations and management. This is a recreational/residential community located on over 600 acres in scenic Minnesota.
     
    Requirements:
    • Long range planning and development of Capital Improvements
    • Research, bidding, negotiations and proposals of contracted services
    • Manage all construction and improvements
    • Oversee total operations including food and beverage, golf course, convenience store, and commercial center
    • Supervise and maintain all common areas, buildings and equipment
    • Approve building permits, supervise inspections during building process
    • Enforce Association's Rules and Regulations
    • Enforce policies on delinquent accounts, including filing of liens, foreclosures and judgments in conjunction with Association's attorney
    • Attend all business meetings of Board, prepare minutes and action items, coordinate free flow of information to the Board
    • Collect and organize all documentation related to Association operations and reserves, cooperate with auditors, prepare annual budget
    • Maintain excellent customer service
    • Supervise 45 fulltime staff members

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Property Management or Non-Profit Associations
    • 5 -7 years’ experience managing associations
    • Knowledge of building construction as well as building code requirements
    • Experience managing operational issues concerning food and beverage operations
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
    • CMCA, AMS, CFM or PCAM is desirable
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Organized, ability to work in a fast paced environment
