An opportunity is available for a Engineer to support a high speed automated assembly area in a very successful, stable, and profitable manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include support manufacturing operations in an automated assembly environment by doing process improvements on robotics, servo motors, and vision systems, program and make program changes to existing Allen Bradley PLCs, and troubleshoot, problem solve, and repair any issues with the automated assembly equipment and/or systems integration.
Requirements include someone with a Bachelor’s and/or Associate’s Degree in Engineering, experience with full systems integration with manufacturing equipment, robotics experience, strong PLC experience, database server and HMI experience, and strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills and experience, experience supporting the set-up and re-design of automated manufacturing equipment, and someone who enjoys being hands-on with a technical approach.
