Service Advisor Needed: Immediate Openings at Lee's Summit Honda

Our Automotive Service Advisors are directly responsible for:

·Greeting our Clients upon arrival

·Customer menu options / selection

·Repair application and benefits to Clients

·Arkona appointment and follow-up system

·High level of commitment to customer satisfaction

·Goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity

Requirements:

·Previous sales experience is required, but not necessarily in the automotive field.

·Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills is a plus

·Current Valid Driver’s License, Motor Vehicle Record Check and Drug Screening

·Ability to work in a Commission based environment.
