Secondary person in charge of the overall branch. Manage and maintain an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire branch. Implement and maintain lobby management. Coordinate, schedule and delegate responsibilities for lobby leader back-ups. Manage all operations for the branch. Ensure entire banking center is in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, bank policies and procedures. Ensure daily deposit review is in place for both the platform and Branch Associates. Ensure proper controls are in effect for placing deposit item holds, as needed. Ensure daily review of watch log file. Prepare for audits by overseeing all paperwork on sales. Develop and maintain teamwork with the Branch Retail Executive (BRE) in the managing of sales. Direct manager for Financial Sales Advisors (FSA) and Branch Associates (no direct management responsibility for the Prefered Relationship Manager (PRM) and Business Relationship Manager (BRM)). Manage the sales of deposits and loans to all sales personnel in BRE absence. Retain and grow customer base by offering relationship banking. Open new accounts and cross-sell to new and existing customers. Supervise cross-sell by ensuring sales personnel is using account opening and follow-up processes effectively in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of one year of retail branch operations experience as a Branch Associate. Minimum of one year of retail branch sales experience. Customer Service Coordinator experience. Financial Sales Representative or Financial Sales Consultant experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish). Must have focus for problem resolution. Must display a friendly and helpful attitude and have the ability to interact positively with customers and employees.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Health and Life Insurance Licensed preferred (must have for BRE promotion). Series 6 & 63 Licensed preferred (must have for BRE promotion).
