Cox Communications is looking for passionate customer-focused technicians to install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change and troubleshoot video, voice and data at customer locations, which may include attics and crawl spaces. The Bilingual Home Service Technician works outside independently in often extreme weather conditions.
The Bilingual Home Service Technician is part of a supportive, service-oriented team that keeps cable, phone and Internet customers connected to the information and entertainment that matter most to them. Technician serves as a trusted provider to Cox customers through providing a seamless and consistent customer experience. The Home Service Technician helps grow the company through capturing opportunities to offer additional or upgraded services to customers as available.
Minimum Requirements
This position requires that you be available to work 4 ten-hour shifts per week, which will include Saturday and/or Sunday. You may also be required to work 2 standard holidays.
The mandatory training for this position is Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for 6 weeks. The first 3 weeks of training is located at 19th Avenue and Deer Valley Road in northwest Phoenix. The final 6-8 weeks of training can be held at various Cox locations throughout the greater Phoenix area.
