Growing Property Management Company needs a bookeeper/admin immediaely.

Candidate must have working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. Excellent Organization skills and attention to detail are a must for this position. Candidate must be able to operate efficiently under minimal supervision. The position seeks a problem solver with a positive attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Enter GL transactions - must understand debits and credits
• Responsible for processing invoices for payment.
• Verify all invoices for proper accounting, approval signature and dollar amount
• Ensure checks are issued with proper authorization.
• Vendor Communication
• Review/reconcile vendor statements
• Reconcile bank accounts monthly
• Journal entries
• Accts. Receivable


REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be able to succeed in a fast pace work environment
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Knowledge of QuickBooks
• Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel
• Ability to work well under pressure, and to "multi-task"

Full Benefits package, position starts at 21.50/hr
