Business Development and Marketing Coordinator

To help our growth, we are seeking a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator for our Mclean, VA, headquarters office. Job responsibilities include:

Business Development
Develop prospects and maintain/cultivate leads to enhance sales
Prepare proposals for consulting projects using a standardized, systematic approach
Organize and standardize consulting, ATI and software proposal writing process
Cultivate and close AcuTech software sales
Organize AcuTech Training Institute (ATI) plans and make sales goals
Develop sales and marketing plans and budgets for AcuTech's products and services
Develop marketing and sales literature
Maintain and routinely update content on AcuTech web site(s)

Marketing
Training seminar planning and administration
Software sales
Help organize trade shows
Website Development and Management
Design, development and maintenance of website
Create and/or update display/print ads, brochures, HTML emails, social media etc.

The ideal candidate should have:

A self-starter demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
B.A. in Business / Marketing or equivalent
Prior consulting firm marketing and sales experience preferred
Internet marketing experience
Website design, development and maintenance experience
Excellent verbal presentation and public speaking skills
Ability to interface with various business sectors
5+ year of experience
