Primary responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads and closing sales via outbound and inbound inside sales campaign; adhering to a prescribed process for qualifying leads and closing sales; utilizing the provided scripts and FAQs to determine and overcome client problems and objections; exercising active listening techniques, thinking quickly, building rapport, adapting communication format and style to the prospect, and utilizing the scripts and FAQs in a conversational way. The candidate will be required to meet specific daily and monthly sales and productivity goals.

Secondary responsibilities will include gathering and inputting information regarding potential clients into the CRM software, documenting the status of all calls, and completing appropriate paperwork regarding the sale.

Success will be determined based on
• Meeting and exceeding sales and productivity targets
• Accuracy and quality of the documentation and paperwork

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business-to-business inside sales
• Proficiency in Windows PC applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Proficiency in CRM system, such as ACT or Salesforce
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent listening skills, excellent grammar, professional phone voice
• Knowledge of social media, PR, marketing required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, business or other related field strongly preferred
