Our ideal Partner candidate is a seasoned, senior level executive with 20+ years of experience in financial management and/or 10+ years as a CFO or Controller. You’re a go getter with a deep desire to help other entrepreneur business owners achieve their goals and realize exit strategies. You’re able to train accounting and operations staff to improve their bottom line, as well as work with clients to improve their banking and lending relationships. You’re also a team player who enjoys answering other partners’ industry or technical questions. People tell you that you bring order to chaos.
