Cash Poster

We are currently seeking a Cash Poster with a background in EOB for our Accounts Receivable Department. Individual must have a positive attitude and be ready to start work immediately!

Responsibilities

•Responsible for downloading and posting all incoming patient and insurance payments on a daily basis
•Handling deposits from clients
•Maintain work operations by following policies and procedures
•Making calls to patients

Requirements

•Strong attention to detail
•Excellent data entry skills
•Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
•Past experience with Medicaid/Medicare/Commercial billing
•Familiarity with paperwork from a variety of incoming sources including insurance companies and individual clients
•Ability to read and understand third party remittances and familiar with electronic remittances
•Must have at least one (1) year cash posting experience
