Local Company for a Chemical Blender to work 6:00pm-6:00am (swing shift) (14-12 hour days a month)
Pay: $10.00-$14.00 per hour pending experience
Description:
Performs duties associated with at least one production process as directed by the Lead Operator or his/her designate. This position reports to the Lead Operator. Follows all safety and environment rules. Maintains a clean and organized work area. Reports all off-schedule and other non-conformances to the Production Manager or his/her designate. Writes work orders. Records all required production and inventory data. Can assign lot numbers to byproduct/product produced on site. Assists in other production, maintenance, and warehouse areas as directed by the Lead Operator or Production Manager or his/her designate.
Looking for someone with 2-5 years experience working with (flammable,corrosive,acid) materials-mixing in liquids and paste forms. -Must be a HS Graduate -Military Background is not necessary but desirable -Must be proficient with Microsoft word and excel -should have experience in Inventory management, Shipping/Receiving, Production scheduling -The right candidate must be able to make, pack and ship product -Must be able to lift 55lb bags -Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug test and background check
