Clerical Customer Service Part-Time

Job Summary

USIP Communications (USIPCOM) is looking for hardworking, energetic individuals to join our inbound call center team as a part-time Customer Service Representative.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities

Taking inbound customer support calls from our business customers
Daily customer communications through phone and email
Providing prompt responses and follow up to customer inquiries and requests
Working with customers, vendors, and team members to promptly handle and resolve customer complaints
Maintain accurate, detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, comments and complaints. As well as detailed records of the actions taken to resolve customer concern
Create customer support tickets through web-based ticketing system and then assign tickets to the appropriate support queue

Required Skills and Experience

Applicant should have accurate typing skills, enjoy talking with people, possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and demonstrate a friendly, patient, courteous attitude
Applicant should be comfortable using a computer, sending emails, and working from a web-based ticketing/CRM application
1-2 years of customer service/call center experience are a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy is a must
Punctuality

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent
