The Client Services Executive (CSE) provides total client management for their assigned clients including; providing strategic guidance on Effective Staffing practices, identifying client goals, developing strategies and processes, and implementing and configuring API Healthcare software that will assist the client in achieving their staffing effectiveness goals.
The CSE will be a remote position with (60-80%) travel required to customer sites, company meetings, and industry conferences as required.
This position will be based out of the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX or Austin, TX area. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain effective client relationships amongst executives, managers, and staff
- Work closely in an advisory capacity with the client executive leadership team
- Assess strengths and vulnerabilities of existing operational processes and practices; identifies and builds software system configurations to maximize operational benefits
- Facilitate strategic decision making related to incentive approach; facilitate problem solving related to the use of the software system and corollary policies and practices
- Promote system optimization through on-going client evaluation of goal achievement, strategy revisions, software configuration and upgrades, and training
- Provide total client management from new client implementation through contract renewal process
- Manage risk within client portfolio to maximize client satisfaction and outcomes and minimize churn
- Lead strategic design process necessary to implement the API Healthcare solution for hospital clients
- Configure and maintain client database, including initial implementation and upgrades
- Provide monthly status reports to all assigned clients
- Customize and deliver effective training to clients using various training methodologies
- Develop processes to collect and analyze impact metrics.
- Perform project management functions in accordance with API Healthcare methodology
- Identify new function and feature ideas as input into the evolution of the solution
- Introduce new/enhanced system functionality to client portfolio
- Support sales presentations and represent API Healthcare at trade shows
- Participate in internal committees to represent Services team
- Develop strategic planning management tools and resources as needed
- Support orientation of new team members
Education, Experience and Abilities:- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- RN licensure, or other clinical experience
- Multi-client management experience strongly preferred
- Healthcare software implementation, support and training
- Healthcare consulting experience
- Strong working knowledge of hospital/nursing operations
- Hospital staffing office experience
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare staffing/scheduling systems
- Strong working knowledge of internet based systems
- Service provider experience
- Strong group facilitation and process improvement skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Expert computer user for a variety of applications including Microsoft Office
- Strong consulting, systems implementation, process improvement, support and training
