Client Services Manager Position |
Looking for an organized people person who loves working with clients.
Primary Responsibilities will include acting as the single point of contact between clients and PR Brigade, being an advocate for the client with the rest of the PR Brigade team, and ensuring that the client has a high level of satisfaction with the work PR Brigade is doing on their behalf. The candidate will also be responsible for conducting content interviews with clients that result in the generation of meaningful topics for blog, Facebook and Twitter posts as well as various other social media products. The candidate will monitor the transcription, topic mining, writing, editing, scheduling and approval process work that is done by various PR Brigade team members on behalf of their assigned clients using our ticketing and queue system to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and at a quality level that exceeds client expectations.
Secondary responsibilities will include proofreading, posting articles and proactively suggesting ways to improve the product and the Client’s experience.
