This position is responsible for the documentation review of loans serviced on the COMPASS loan system.

Ensure documents submitted post closing have been reviewed for completeness & accuracy in accordance to regulatory and bank policy guidelines.

Responsible for citing missing or incomplete documents on system of record (DTS-Document Control System) and provide reporting, research, and document clearing support to ensure timely and accurately resolution of open exceptions.

• Review of all New and Renewed loans
• Cite missing or incomplete documents on system of record (DTS-Document Control System) and provide reporting, research, and document clearing support to ensure timely and accurate resolution of open exceptions.
• Perfect Bank’s security interest in collateral through UCC filings and monitoring throughout the life of loan
• Perfect Bank’s security interest in collateral through Initial recording of Vehicle Title/Deed/Mortgage/Modification
• Maintain and update the loan document matrix tool
• Provide documentation guidance and checklist for footprint loans booked to COMPASS
• Act as a liaison between OSC and Front Office Team-Mates in support of Hazard Insurance Tracking
