Customer Care Specialist

This position is for transaction processing. The candidates will not be taking phone calls. The service center is a subcontractor for the US Dept of Education; therefore all candidates will require a public trust security clearance.
Provides administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry or similar activities.

Performs data entry of material from source documents to a computer database.

Transcribes routine pre-coded and identifiable alphanumeric data from source document

Ensures accuracy and completeness data.

Performs clerical tasks in the data entry function.

All other duties as assigned.

Training hours will be Mon-Fri 8-4:30 EST

Beginning 2nd week until end of their assignment work hours will be M- F 8:30-5pm

Eligibile for OT after classroom instruction. The service center is open 8am to 6:30 pm M-F and Saturday/Sundays during peak open hours will vary.

2 years customer service required

GED or HS Dipolma is required

Must be 18 years old
