We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. This position offers a base pay plus commission and great benefits as well!
This representative is responsible for assisting and servicing all incoming payment center customers in a prompt, professional manner by obtaining all information needed for resolution of transactions. They will answer
customer inquiries regarding billing and/or service problems and receive and post billing payments to customer accounts promptly. Additionally, this position will require pocessing equipment and updates to customer account status upon receipt. Our Representatives who also handle customer billing errors and discrepancies, request necessary changes, maintain an accurate account of cash draw assigned, balance all cash receipts on a daily basis and follow proper cash-handling procedures at all times.
-High School Diploma or GED
-1+ years of Customer Service experience
-1 year of sales experience
-Exceptional communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
