Looking for a courteous, detailed individual to fill a Customer Service position in a Home Medical Equipment setting.
This position requires a highly organized individual who can multi-task and problem solve. Experience working with Insurance companies or health care institutions is a plus. Office experience is a plus. Candidates must be able to competently and compassionately help patients and referrals.
Job responsibilities include:
Documentation completion with a high level of accuracy (Patient and Referral documentation)
Answering Phones and Faxes
Must be a team player and work effectively with: Respiratory Therapists, Delivery Technicians, and Marketing Staff, etc.
Ability to work with billing information and billing staff
Must perform other duties as required.
