SUMMARY:
Opportunity for Department Assistant experienced in Charge Entry and Payment Posting Duties.
(Physician Billing Group).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Logging charge tickets by billing area into Monthly Ticket Log and
distributing as assigned (Using Excel)
• Processing Payment batches received from bank for all groups
• Processing credit card transactions for all groups
• Maintaining daily log of credit card transaction (Using Excel)
• Prepping Time of Service payments for posting
• Prepping Returned checks for posting
• Must have experience using Excel

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$14.00 hr
Monday - Friday (days)

POSITION CLASSIFICATION
Temporary Assignment / Approximately 3 Months
