My client is looking for a director of coding. this person plans, organizes, directs, and controls day-to-day operations of the Enterprise Coding Department, including inpatient facility, outpatient facility and physician coding teams. The Director of Clinical Coding also leads ongoing strategic development and transformation of coding functions, including ICD-10 readiness.
This candidate MUST: Have a bachelors degree in a HIM related field. between 5-7 years of coding experience including management. Have a CCS or CPC certification Epic and 3M experience highly desirable
