Willory is assisting a client of ours located just southwest of Pittsburgh, PA in their search for a Director of Recruiting. This full-time position is open due to company growth and requires previous healthcare/physician recruitment experience. Ideally, our client also requires the following:
- 10+ years recruitment/management experience
- Strong leadership experience (project management experience preferred as well)
- Must have executive presence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
