The incumbent will manage and direct the development of brand objectives and strategic plans, oversee the development of tactical plans and represent the brand with internal and external stakeholders. Will lead the development of brand positioning, messaging and brand personality , ensure strategic direction is communicated to and executed by external agencies and ensure review of product and market performance, competitive intelligence, sales force needs and market research to identify growth opportunities, hurdles and ensure development of action and contingency plans. Qualifications include a minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, 4 years of successful marketing management experience and a bachelelors degree. MBA preferred.
