CDL Drive Now is in need of virtual recruiters to work from their home! You must have previous human resources experience, preferably in recruiting. This position is 100% pay per hire.
As the recruiter, you will be responsible for finding and screening applicants and submitting only qualified applicants to your account manager(s). You will be responsible for tracking your applicants to ensure you are keeping up to date on all applications submitted to you via the job posting sites. You will need to post pre-approved job postings on the job posting sites.
