Position Description:

Butterfly Effects is one of the fastest growing therapeutic providers in the country. Our company and team members are noted for their interdisciplinary approach to treatment, core competence, and extensive knowledge in their respective therapeutic fields. We are currently seeking part time tutors in your area. Job duties include implementing educational and behavioral programs designed by Licensed Psychologists, Behavior Analysts, and Educational Specialists while gathering data for their review in the client's home, school, and/or community. Extensive hands on training and ongoing oversight provided. Speech and Language and Occupational Therapy assistant positions also available.

Position Requirements:

We are currently seeking staff with afternoon, part time availability, a minimum three afternoons per week, from 3-7pm to support children after school. All services are delivered in the child's home or school. Butterfly Effects offers VERY competitive pay depending on experience and office location. Lesson planning and drive time is compensated!

Our pre-employment qualifications are used to ensure that everyone has the required basic knowledge for a successful employment experience. We look for candidates who have obtained at a minimum 48 credit hours at college level, completed 40 hours of coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis (these can be completed online at no cost if interested), with at least one year of experience working with children.

We are very serious about the quality and effectiveness of our programs and services. Applicants must be incredibly energetic and have a passion for working with children. Experience working with children with autism and developmental / learning delays is a strong plus.
