Job Description:
Luxury Link is looking for a hands-on email rock star to work with both acquisition and retention marketing groups to take our email program to the next level.
The Email Marketing Manager will manage all aspects of consumer email marketing, including email strategy, list management and scheduling for all transactional and lifecycle email programs that drive customer acquisition, engagement and loyalty across three ecommerce properties.

What We’re Looking For:
* An email marketing expert - you should be able to outline an email marketing plan in 30 days
* 4+ years of success in email and/or direct marketing (direct response marketing DRM), preferably with a B2C company
* Advanced knowledge of email marketing best practices including acquisition strategies, transactional emails, creative development, measurement, and deliverability
* Demonstrated ability to manage high volume email programs
* Experience using Silverpop (preferred) or other high-end email solutions
* Working knowledge of HTML and email template personalization
* Exceptional communication skills and ability to coordinate a cross-functional team
* Results and metrics driven, with experience with A/B and Multivariate testing
* Experience with social media, consumer web, and virality a plus
* Experience managing programs with multiple brands is a huge plus
* Must have a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
What You’ll Do:
* Manage email logistics, strategy, segmentation, creative, coding, personalization and deliverability
* Manage and maintain master email calendar for each of the company’s online properties as well as advertising, acquisition, and partner initiatives
* Define and manage list segmentation, list use, and list cleansing
* Work closely with product team to build tools that optimize email deployment, scalability and results
* Manage A/B testing of new execution strategies and communicate findings and recommendations
* Lead one direct report, as co-manage a cross-functional production and design team
