    ENTERPRISE METRICS ANALYST

    Job Description: 
     

     The Enterprise Metrics Analyst will assist in the collection, quality control, analysis, and reporting of enterprise performance data pertaining to the military acquisition life-cycle.
     

    • Develop data collection mechanisms and processes to efficiently gather relevant authoritative data
    • Ensure the quality of source data and derived products
    • Analyze Cost, WBS, schedules, Earned Value Management data, trends, and other program data and report results to senior government stakeholders within established timeframes; identify any issues in the context of DoD and MILDEP Acquisition Lifecycle policy
    • Develop or provide inputs to reports/presentations to senior government stakeholders
    • Coordinates the preparation, review and consolidation of client information systems, budgets, acquisitions and business plans.
    • Ensures adherence to budgets and business plans through periodic review of financial reports and capital appropriation requests.
    • Provides assistance for proposing, implementing and enforcing policies, standards and methodologies.

    Minimum Qualifications
     

    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, statistics, or related area
    • 2-5 years relevant experience. Additional experience will not be substituted for a degree
    • Advanced hands-on understanding of program/project control mechanisms (e.g., Cost, Funding, WBS, schedules, EVM)
    • Advanced analytical skills in reviewing reports and historical data, and identifying issues
    • Thorough understanding of DoD Acquisition Lifecycle, governing policies, and terminology as well as PPBE process
    • Experience supporting senior government stakeholders
    • Understanding of formal continuous process improvement methodology (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma)
    • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office applications
    • Secret clearance

    Preferred Qualifications
     

    • DAWIA Level I or better in Program Management, Financial Management or Auditing
    • Six Sigma Green Belt
    • Project Management Professional (PMP)
