Our firm seeks entrepreneurial attorneys in the following fields: • Bankruptcy (chap. 7 and chap. 11)
• Corporate Securities transactional experienced attorneys (PIPE/APOs and SPACs)
• Intellectual Property experts • Labor and Employment • Real Estate attorneys (commercial leases/condo conv etc…)
What do we offer???? We provide infrastructure, offices, secretaries, access to associates cross referrals and malpractice coverage as well as a prime amenities and all the support needed to grow together. If you can generate in one practice within our firm you will be able to generate in all practices, your contribution is nominal and your returns unlimited. Most of our practices are on a Flat Fee basis, and the price is pre approved by our managing committee. In addition the clients you generate and refer to another group within the firm are 50/50 with the firm on the firm’s portion of the retainer. Requirements:
