Job Specs

- provide general admin support for all departments including management
- coordinate calendars, travel arrangements and sales meetings
- organize and assist with major events, occasionally off-site
- prepare correspondence, schedules, reports and presentations
- organize samples for customers and management
- email management, screen calls, handle inquiries
- filing, order supplies, prepare mail and packages
- general office duties

Requirements

- minimum 2+ years general office type experience
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- positive and enthusiastic professional with a "can do" attitude, flexible
- confidential and discrete
- excellent communication skills (superior written & verbal skills)
- pro-active, self-directed, pitch-in, team player
- highly organized, able to multi-task
- effective time management, strong sense of urgency and able to meet deadlines
- advanced computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- occasional overtime

Salary: $44 000
