Job Description:
Works closely with Business leaders, process owners and SMEs to gather business requirements / business processes. Provide solutions alternatives to business and suggest solutions that have least overall cost of ownership. Translates business requirements to technical specification. Understand, design, supervise, and create technical configurations using ePiphany based technologies (Java, middleware). Lead the creation of project deliverables, spanning from process to system design elements with an emphasis on functional and technical design. If needed, coordinate developer tasks on large projects; lead design and code reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Provides guidance on all phases of SDLC. Support production of written specifications to capture functional and development designs; assist in the creation of clear customer requirements, as needed. Support root cause analysis, and provides lessons learned feedback. Specific Job deliverables in the short term
