Estate Planning Senior Attorney or Of-Counsel - East Coast Law Firm

National law firm seeks a Senior Estate Planning Attorney or Of-Counsel with at least eight years of experience, who has practiced in all areas of estate planning and estate and trust administration for its Providence, RI office.

Ideally, my client would like a practitioner who has worked in developing lifetime gifting and testamentary plans to best accomplish client’s dispositive goals and to minimize estate, gift and generation skipping transfer taxes. In connection therewith, experience in the formation and funding of grantor retained annuity trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, charitable remainder trusts, family limited partnerships and limited liability companies would be extremely helpful. A basic understanding with respect to the preparation of estate tax returns and the administration of estates would be valuable.
