OBJECTIVE

CitySolve Urban Race is an exciting way to learn the event planning industry. This is an opportunity to gain experience in event planning,
sports/recreation, promotional partnership and race coordination. You
will be working with the CEO and Director of Business Development in
order to create a memorable events, which will benefit charities
across the US.

QUALIFICATIONS

Comfortable with both phone and email based communication.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self motivated & hard working.
Positive, energetic & responsible.

Eager to Learn.
Work independently.
Organized & detail oriented.

Work in a creative and fun environment.

Knowledge of social media: Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, etc.
Proficient with Microsoft Suite & Google Docs.
Knowledge of Adobe
Illustrator (preferred, can be learned).
Internet research.
Brainstorm fun race checkpoints, games & clues.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Communication & Logistics: By working closely with CS staff, interns
will learn how to communicate efficiently with customers, clients,
sponsors and industry partners. Learn and implement the details to
our general and special event logistics.Establish Promotional
Partnerships in markets across the country.Coordinating with clients,
partners and CitySolve staff to meet marketing goals.Monitor marketing
campaigns to make sure all tasks are completed.Creating partnerships
with charities.
