TASKS
Travel arrangements for several contractors
Data Entry
Accounting – business/personal split
Calendar Management– business & personal,
Filing – hard copy/electronic
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
H.S. Diploma required; BA/BS degree preferred
Min. 5 years of previous experience supporting executives in an administrative capacity
Successfully pass criminal background, credit and DMV check
Type 40 wpm
Submit writing sample
Computer literate
Internet Savvy
Advanced knowledge of QUICKEN Business
Demonstrated experience using Windows 7 in all Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, PPP, Excel)
Medical/Dental back office experience a plus
Communicate effectively in all media (in person & via phone, email and text)
10-15 hours per week to start
Full-time position possible w/ right person
