Job Description:
Our hospital is calling for candidates seeking to pursue a career as Executive Secretary to apply at the earliest.
Responsibilities -
1. Responsible for all secretarial and administrative functions of GM commercial.
2. Attending to Phone Calls and deal with Emails of GM's Office, and to respond earnestly accordingly and to update GM from time to time.
3. Responsible for Travel and Hotel arrangements for GM as and when required.
4. Coordinating with the higher-ups for smooth functioning of various day-to-day activities.
5. Coordination aspects pertaining to important conferences and internal/external meetings; and to ensure readiness of the relevant information/data, technical / non-technical required for such meeting. Preparation and Circulation of minutes of the meeting on need basis and to preserve the same for future reference.
6. Scheduling and maintaining calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
7. Communication between the secretary and Front Office staff, Doctors and other consultants should be maintained properly so as not to cause inconvenience to the patient / attendants.
8. Responsible for maintaining all important records/files of Director Office and to ensure 100% confidentiality of all matters in the interest of the organization.
10. To safe guard the office equipment viz - Computer, Printer Telephone instruments etc., should ensure proper lock & key while going home and to ensure official facilities are not misused.
11. To maintain healthy and cordial relationship with other colleagues to improve working conditions.
Compensation - $28,963 - $37,946
