A reputable electrical company serving the San Jose, East Bay, and Contra Costa area is looking for an exceptional and experienced residential Apprentice. We are the best of the best! (We are 99% residential service/existing home).

Our chosen candidate looks like–

• Very clean cut a must

• Must have mainly existing residential residential service

• Must be close to taking your Journeyman's test, year or less

• Strong customer service/communication and people skills, very genuine and personable a must

• Strong residential service experience and strong trouble shooting skills a must, neat clean up to code work a must, able to climb in attics and under houses, quick, efficient and organized a must

• Exceptional hand! Know what comes next, able to work on your own, can do whatever it takes attitude!

• Exceptional team player; fun, energetic, goal oriented, positive, optimistic, and great attitude!

• Exceptional Technician; intuitive, hard working, fast, efficient, no problem wearing uniform, willing to learn our system, can keep a truck well organized- ‘what next’ attitude!

• Takes personal responsibility to better themselves as a person and electrician, works toward Journeyman’s license

• Ability to explain and educate the customer on their electrical needs at their level

• Be able to climb in and out of box trucks, able to lift over 75lbs, and work in the California summer heat

• A current electrical license, good references

• Can pass the state of California background and drug test, clean driving record and current drivers license

• Someone passionate about being an electrician, looking for a long term career not just a pay check, a place to call home/family!
