Publicly traded company looking for a Federal Income Tax Manager with 5+ years of federal compliance and tax provision experience from Big 4 or combination of industry and Big 4. The primary responsibilities are to manage the federal and state tax compliance function, calculate the quarterly and annual income tax provision, conduct tax research, and participate in special projects.
