Clean background, Valid Drivers Lisense and Social Security. Must have Management experience. This person will work along side 2-3 crews cleaning windows and gutters. They will also supervise, organize them as well as have client contact with the home owner. Communicating well with crew and maintaining jobs in a timely and efficient manner is important. Must be physically fit to climb ladders(usually no higher than 2 stories) and not mind working outdoors in different weather conditions. (heat, cold, rain, < Duties: Help drive work van Help and assist and LEAD crew at each job Perform the work...along with crew... Fixing gutters, pressure wash, wash windows, etc. Communicate efficiently with clients and owner Can stay organized and multi task ****CAN WORK ALOT OF HOURS!*** If you have knowledge/experience of gutter installation...this is a plus.
